Why is my crackle not working?

If the video is buffered further, the problem may be caused by slow download speeds. Test the connection speed to make sure it is 9.0 Mbps or more if you want to stream HD content. If the connection is OK, restart your device or disconnect from the Internet. Then re-establish the connection.

Try other devices to see if they work properly. If this is not the case, there is a general problem with your device or the Internet connection. If they work as they should, you need to check if the crackle activation failed or if there was a problem reported on their Twitter page.

Crackle does not play a video

If you are using a PC, the ad blocker is ON that can prevent content from being displayed on Crackle. Be sure to remove your ad blocker and any other plug-in that could interfere with content playback. You can call support team if crackle is not working.
